FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do we have to meet on video?

Nope! My preference is video but I am open to just meeting over audio and reviewing BEFORE pictures of your area that you send me. It is key that I am able to "see" the space so I can help you construct a plan that will work for you.

Does it have to take 6 weeks?

The program is designed to take 6 weeks to ensure goals and homework are realistic. With that said if your circumstances are such that you want to tackle the project at a faster pace, I can support that.

How much homework will I have?

When we have our introductory meeting we will discuss your goals for the space and what is practical to tackle in the 6 weeks. Success is 100% dependent on making sure the plan is realistic so we will go at your pace.

Can you help me in person instead of video?

This program is structured to be virtual only. I do have other options available if you live the California (South) Bay Area. Email me at nicole@youuncluttered.com for more information.

Can I purchase this for someone else?

Yes! It is best that you use their information when signing up but if you can't because you want it to be a surprise, use your information and then email me at nicole@youuncluttered.com so I can be in sync with when you present the gift.

Can I purchase more than one package?

You bet! We can schedule the packages to run back to back so we can tackle larger projects that will take longer than 6 weeks.

What if I don't love Conquer Clutter?

If you are not fully satisfied with Conquer Clutter after you implement the agreed plan and don't see the results we agreed, reach out to us at nicole@youuncluttered.com within 30 days and get a full refund.
